Shipping policy

We are only set up to ship within Australia.

All our general shipping is done through Australia Post so are restricted by their shipping policies. We do however, always aim for prompt handling and preparation in getting orders to the post within 1-3 business days. Some lines such as drop ship or custom items shipping is arrange by the companies we use to do these services. It is noted in the item description if this applies. 

Local delivery is done by personal transportation arranged by us. We do not have a typical time of day window but will always give you notice via email of our expected date and rough time frame. Usually occurs within 2-3 days pending availability of items and running capacity. Free local delivery is as a generalization from Penrith NSW through to Lithgow NSW. It is worked out by a radius calculation which is automated in check out. This means that some areas that are slightly outside the areas may still fall under this offer. 

Pick ups will be ready within the same time frame as local delivery and will usually entail contactless. 

NOTE: Local delivery and Pick up is not available on custom or drop shipped items. These items will have it noted in the description if it is one of those types.
